Kirstan,Use Quinns answer for how to do it, i just thought you migt find a little more info useful.It sounds like you are coming from Excel and thinking like excel still.In Numbers each set of data is in its own table (or it should be 🙂 ). You cant really think of sheets in Numbers. Each table has its own settings.
One table might have two header rows, not frozen, menaing they will disapear. And another has one but it is frozen and will 'stick' at the top of the screen when you scroll through the list.When making a new workbook, make sure each set of data is in its own floating table, with header rows defined as above (the inspector can also be used to set it up). This will allow your data to be completely safe when deleting rows or columns from other tables.
